Meander Real Estates is situated in Nottingham Road which is the hub of the Midlands Meander. Our offices are centrally located at The Junction complex which has a variety of shops including the well known Junction coffee shop and deli.

Our focus is on country properties in the KwaZulu-Natal midlands of South Africa.

Meander Real Estates are the sole agents for the very successful Gowrie Village and the Oakbrook development both located in Nottingham Road, and involved with the marketing of the Gowrie Farm, Golf and Fly-fishing estate, Eaglecrest Wildlife Estate, Rawdons Country Estate, Siteka and Engaleni.

Meander Real Estates has a highly committed and motivated sales team. All the members of the team are resident in Nottingham Road and have a sound knowledge of the area.

Peter Greene (B. Agric. Mngt, C.E.A) - Principle
Peter is from a fourth generation Nottingham Road farming family and has got extensive knowledge of the area. He was involved in the establishment of three very successful developments in the area being Gowrie Village, Gowrie Farm Golf and Flyfishing Estate and Oakbrook Estate. He is also a farmer and has extensive knowledge of the agricultural sector. His wife Kari is based in the stone building at Gowrie and is administering all the rentals on Gowrie on our behalf.

Candice Bosch
Candice is at the heart of operation making sure that your property transaction takes place as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She also administers rentals on behalf of landlords.

Lesley Bottriell

Kari Greene
Kari is based in our Gowrie office as a rental administrator for properties in Gowrie Village and Gowrie Farm. She administers all the commercial rentals in the shopping centre, runs the Gowrie Lodge as well as a number of residential long and medium term rentals.

Claire March
... first joined Meander Real Estate in 2005. She is now back at Meander Real Estate after a year away gaining experience working on a large North Coast Property Development. Claire has a wide knowledge of the Midlands having worked in tourism before making the change to Real Estate. Claire has lived in Kamberg for the past ten years where her husband is a farm manager and the family, including two teenage daughters, are very involved in the lively Kamberg community. Born in the UK to a farming family Claire moved to SA in 1985.
